2005年5,8,10月份分别对黄河三角洲米草分布区与非米草分布区的无棣岔尖、东营市五号桩、小清河口的鸟类作了调查,并辅以2000年黄河三角洲湿地鸟类调查资料,研究了米草入侵对鸟类的影响。结果表明:米草入侵已导致黄河三角洲调查区鸟类种数减少,多样性降低,群落组成和结构发生变化,主要原因是米草入侵使鸟类觅食、栖息生境减少或丧失。 相似文献

脂肪磺酸基阳离子交换树脂对Cr3+的吸附和解吸性能 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
研究了脂肪磺酸基阳离子交换树脂(简称树脂)对Cr3+的吸附和解吸性能。在溶液初始Cr3+质量浓度为250m∥L、吸附温度为25℃、溶液pH为5的条件下,树脂对Cr3+的吸附量最大。Cr3+质量浓度在实验范围内,等温吸附过程均符合Langmuir和Freundlich方程,最大吸附量为18.6208mg/g。树脂对Cr3+的吸附在吸附时间为180min时趋于平衡,且吸附为液膜扩散控制。随吸附温度的升高(10~55℃),树脂对Cr3+的吸附量略有增加。用质量分数为5%的HCl溶液可将吸附在树脂上的Cr3+解吸,解吸率近100%,且重复5次吸附和解吸过程,树脂对Cr3+的吸附量基本保持不变。 相似文献

Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio in soil water has been used as an indicator to the effects of acid deposition on terrestrial ecosystems.
However, the main factors controlling this ratio have not been well documented in southern and southwestern China. In this
study, we presented the variation in inorganic aluminum (Ali) and Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio in different sites and soil horizons based on two to three years monitoring data, and evaluated the
main factors controlling Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio using principle component analysis (PCA) and partial least square (PLS) regression. Monitoring data
showed although Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratios in most soil water were lower than assumed critical 1.0, higher molar ratios were found in some soil
water at TSP and LXH site. Besides acid loading, both soil properties and soil water chemistry affected the value of Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio in soil water. Partial least square (PLS) indicated that they had different relative importance in
different soil horizons. In A-horizon, soil aluminum saturation (AlS) had higher influence on Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio than soil water chemistry did; higher soil aluminum saturation (AlS) led to higher Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio in soil water. In the deeper horizons (i.e., B1-, B2- and BC-horizon), inorganic aluminum (Ali) in soil water had more and more important role in regulating Ali/(Ca + Mg) molar ratio. On regional scale, soil aluminum saturation (AlS) as well as cation exchange capacity (CEC) was the

To study whether the urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) could be the biomarker of atmospheric PAHs, a small-scale pilot study
was carried out on the relation of 1-OHP vs PAHs with the traffic policemen in Beijing of smokers and nonsmokers to be subgroups
in both the exposure and control groups. Both the PAHs and 1-OHP were analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography
(HPLC). The ambient concentrations of PAHs were different at the different sites (the average sum of PAHs (TPAH) were 12.36,
16.27, 18.37 ng/m3 at the suburban residential, police station and high traffic area, respectively.), but considerably lower than the personal-exposure
concentrations (the average TPAH were 65.84 and 47.28 ng/m3 for patrol cars and inspection station, respectively). Pyrene was correlated well with BaP and the summed PAHs (TPAH), with
the correlation coefficients (R) of 0.79, 0.87 for ambient level and 0.92, 0.96 for personal exposure, respectively. The average of 1-hydroxypyrene of smokers
and nonsmokers were 0.39, 0.15 μmol/mol creatinine in control group and 0.57, 0.33 μmol/mol creatinine in exposure group,
respectively. The better correlation of pyrene to BaP and TPAH especially for personal exposure samples indicated that the
probability of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene, the metabolite of pyrene, to be the biomarker of total PAH. Nonsmokers in the exposure
and control groups had indistinguishable levels of 1-OHP, presumably because the ambient levels of pyrene were so similar
(the average were 3.25, 3.20 ng/m3 at the police station and high traffic area, respectively.). Smokers in the control group had significantly higher 1-OHP
than that of the nonsmokers, but showed indistinguishable differences in the exposure group. These results suggested that
urinary 1-OHP could be a biomarker of PAHs only when the level of PAHs was at a relatively higher level. Smoking as an important

Alachlor has been widely used in agriculture all over the world. It is suggested that it may be a carcinogen and also an environmental estrogen. In this paper, the physiological and biochemical perturbations of crucian carp (Carassius auratus) exposed to alachlor at different concentrations over 60 days were investigated. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) and hepatosomatic index (HSI) were measured. The activity of hepatic antioxidant defense and detoxifying enzymes, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) and the content of glutathione (GSH) were determined and compared with the control group. The result showed that GSI and HSI decreased significantly (P<0.05) in almost all treatments. The activities of SOD, CAT and GST were induced continuously (P<0.05), while the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) was inhibited on the whole. These changes reflect that the antioxidant systems of the tested fishes were affected. The possible defense mechanistic implications about the changes were thus discussed. Furthermore, hepatic SOD and GST were sensitive to alachlor at low concentration, indicating that they might be potential biomarkers in early detection of alachlor contamination in aquatic ecosystems. 相似文献

The aim of this research was to recycle waste rubber tires by using powdering technology and treating the waste rubber tire powder with bitumen. It has been proven that the elongation at break, thermal stability and processing flowability of composites of polypropylene (PP), waste rubber tire powder (WRT) and bitumen composites are better than those of PP/WRT composite. A comparative study has been made to evaluate the influence of bitumen content and different compatibilizers on the properties of PP/WRT/bitumen composites, using a universal testing machine (UTM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and a capillary rheometer. 饮用水源安全是城市安全的基础,对城市的可持续发展起着决定性作用。采用单因子评价和综合评价相结合的方法对洛阳市2005年饮用水源水质24个指标进行评价,结果表明洛阳市地下水水质属于3类。污染较重的因子排序依次为总硬度、硝酸盐、溶解性总固体、铜、镉、阴离子合成洗涤剂、硫酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氰化物、铅。笔者认为,洛阳市只有通过水源地污染防治、生态恢复和建设、应急能力建设、预警监控体系建设、管理能力建设等具体工程方案的制定和实施,加强污染源控制、生态环境保护,提升环境监督管理能力,才能确保饮用水水源地安全。 相似文献
